Second Story Inlaw Apartment

This project landed after another contractor abandoned the job and left it unfinished and then another contractor incorrectly framed a deck on back of house and it needed to be torn down and rebuilt. Finished all the trim inside, installed a new kitchen, produced a budget friendly way to finish off the massive stairwell to second floor, tore down the old deck, and framed up a new fire escape deck on back of the home. This customer quickly became family, stays in contact and is a friendly repeat customer.
