Kitchen Remodel Near a College

This homeowner wanted an updated kitchen and budget was key. Once a way to meet her budget was met, we were off to the races! Extended a living room wall a mere 3” was key to the success of this kitchen. These old homes always provide surprises, and this one was no exception. Finding old stuff left in the ceiling and no insulation in the walls, we pushed on and they got the kitchen of their dreams. Beautiful solid wood cabinets with soft close everything, quartz tops, tile backsplash, recessed lighting, updated electrical. I am so happy to add this customer to the family!
