Beach Home Remodeled Bathroom
Love repeat customers! Remodeled the front half of this home 20 years ago and added a deck and covered porch on it. I was invited back to remodel the in-law apartment bathroom. This was a tight one. An L-shaped bathroom with an old staircase that could not be moved taking up a whole corner of the room. Demolished multiple layers of the room and got it to studs and restored the floor to flat again. Reframed the ceiling to house recessed lighting and a ceiling vent. Replaced interior doors, framed out a medicine cabinet, blocked the walls for grab rails around the room and prepped for a custom walk-in tile shower. After sheetrock, a fresh coat of paint, new Vinyl Plank waterproof flooring, old belly casing and plinth block trim to go with the time period of the home and match the front of the home, added a new vanity and granite top with undermount sink and did a beautiful new walk in tile shower with glass doors. Matching hardware and grab rails all around. Amazing transformation for a 100+ year old home. Many thanks for the continued trust all these years.
